Selected Accomplishments:

​

• Lead the migration of a 6 Billion dollar Government Programs business onto the FACETS platform to support full end to end Business Process services and deliver annual operational efficiencies exceeding 25M.

 

• Developed Digital Capabilities for Members by building Portals, Mobile Applications and Telehealth capabilities to increase access to care, improve health outcomes and facilitate chronic disease management.

 

• Created the first and only New Jersey Medicare company jointly owned and operated by New Jersey’s largest health insurer, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and two of the state’s leading health systems, Hackensack Meridian Health and RWJ Barnabas Health 

 

• Delivered a new Medicare product for members eligible for Medicaid and Medicare including the implementation of over 25 new vendors which resulted in over 1Billion in net new revenues.

 

• Achieved a 4 STARS rating from CMS by creating capabilities such as a Document Portal to facilitate the exchange of information between providers and the health plan to close care gaps and implement value based payments.

 

• Lead the development of an Electronic Visit Verification solution for Personal Care Services for the largest Medicaid MCO in New Jersey.

• Built a Global Enterprise Application Roadmap for a Global Bio-Pharmaceutical company to standardize applications, enable global process harmonization, and create a new business subsidiary, Seqirus, the world’s second largest Influenza Vaccine company
